Notes regarding recent Corona regulations
In general
There is still the urgent recommendation to wear a medical mask during your visit at TU Dortmund University to curb infections and protect risk groups.

Accordingly, we encourage the use of a mask during your participation at the conference; please also keep in mind any vulnerable groups in or close the (private) circle of participants.

For this purpose, medical masks will be provided to you at the registration in the conference office on the first day of the conference.

Testing
There is no official testing certificate required for participation. But an urgent recommendation / request to this end:

On the morning of the first conference day, please test yourself with a private rapid test before your arrival at the conference.

At your registration in the conference office you will be provided with two rapid tests:

Please use the 1st rapid test before your participation at the conference dinner on the first day

Please use the 2nd rapid test in the morning before your participation on the second day of the conference

If your self-test shows a positive result, please do not attend the presence event and contact the conference office by telephone
