Coordinate measuring machine

The coordinate measuring machine Leitz Reference Xi 5.4.3 is used for high precision geometrical measurements of screw rotor profiles. The machine has a measuring range of 500mm x 400mm x 300mm and a measuring accuracy of up to 1.1 µm.
